              Properties of Factors

                1. 1 is a factor of every number.
                    example: 1 × 5 = 5, 1 × 8 = 8, 1 × 24 = 24, etc.

                2. Every number is a factor of itself.
                    example: 7 × 1 = 7, 9 × 1 = 9, 73 × 1 = 73, etc.
                3. Every non-zero number has atleast two factors, except 1 which has only 1 factor.

                4. There are a finite number of factors of any number. Note
                    example: The factors of 30 are 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 15 and 30. 1 is the smallest
So, the factors are limited. factor of a number.

                5. The factors of a number is equal to or less than the given number.
                    example: The factors of 18 are 1, 2, 3, 6, 9 and 18.

                6. Zero is not a factor of any number, whereas every number is a factor of zero.
