                   Objective: To make the students aware of different numbers.

                   Materials required: 4 sheets of A4 paper, colour pencil, scissors, ruler
                   Procedure:

                       • Cut out 10 rectangular boxes and 25 square boxes
                      from the A4 sheet as shown in the adjacent figure.
                      The rectangular boxes are called heading boxes. These

                      boxes will be empty before you start playing the game.
                       • Cut out 10 heading boxes and 25 square boxes again
                      but this time the boxes will have the number name,
                      written in the heading boxes and numbers written in

                      the square boxes as shown here.

                       • The heading boxes and numbers must be placed on a playing board as shown below. Place
                      each of the 25 numbers in a different square on the playing board so that the number

                      satisfies the condition given by the heading card for that row and the condition given by
                      the heading card for that column.




















                       • Once you complete the board with 10 heading boxes and numbers in 25 square boxes,

                      the game is over. This activity can be performed by a group of 5 students.
