8. Case Study based Question
Adding yoga, exercise and meditation to our daily routine helps in many ways. Doing yoga
helps in increasing flexibility and maintaining a balanced metabolism. Doing regular
exercise helps to control weight and boosts energy. Regular meditation, helps in stress
management and boosts immune system. In a group of 155 people, it was found that 45 do
regular meditation, 95 do regular exercise and the remaining do yoga daily.

Based on the above information, answer the following questions:
(a) What fraction of the total number of people do yoga?
(b) Is the fraction obtained in option (a) proper?
(c) Convert all the fractions of people who do the three activities into its simplest form.
