Sport is a form of physical activity or game. Sports are an important element of a student's growth and
development. They aid in the growth of psychological well-being as well as bodily health.
Participating in sports and activities can help a kid develop a variety of skills, experience, and confidence that
will help them develop their character.
Hockey is one of the famous sports in India. It is our national sport.
Hockey is a team sport in which two teams play against each other to score their spherical ball in the other
opponent's net (what we call a 'goal').
Both teams usually have 11 players in different positions on the pitch.
Each position's main aim is to keep the opposing team from scoring a goal in their net.
