COMPETENCY-BASED QUESTIONS

                 1. Raj is building a program where he needs to keep track of the number of times a button
is pressed. He decides to use a variable to store and update this count. Which blocks
should Raj use to create and update the variable?

                 2. Ananya wants to display a cold icon if the temperature is below 10°C and a hot icon if
it’s above 25°C. Which logic block should she use?

Create an LED pattern display using the micro:bit. First, open the MakeCode editor and create
a new project called LED Pattern Display. Use the on start block to begin your program and
then add the show icon block to display a simple pattern, such as a heart or smiley face, on the
micro:bit's LED grid. Once your code is ready, save it and upload it to your micro:bit. Finally,
observe the micro:bit’s LED grid and check if the chosen pattern appears when the program runs.
