VIRTUAL TO REAL

The above virtual task can also be carried out using physical hardware components.
                Let's perform the same.

                Materials Required

Micro:bit controller Buzzer USB cable Crocodile clip

                Step Walkthrough

You can also create this buzzer project in real life by following these simple steps:
Go to https://makecode.microbit.org/ and click New Project. Name it Buzzer and

click Create. Drag the play melody block into the on start block and set it to looping
in background. Next, drag the show icon block into the forever block, set it to

chessboard and add a pause (ms) block set to 500 ms. Then, add another show
icon block set to silly and another pause (ms) block for 500 ms. Once done, click

the Download button, connect your Micro:bit to your computer and transfer the file.

                Final Output

You will notice that the Micro:bit continuously
plays the ringtone sound through the buzzer.
At the same time, the LED display alternates

between two icons every second. This activity

demonstrates how the simulated and real
                outputs are alike.
