Preface
In today’s fast-evolving world, robotics and technology play a crucial role in shaping how
we work, play, communicate, and, most importantly, learn. As the demand for future-
ready skills continues to grow, it is essential to equip students with the knowledge
and tools needed to excel in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics
(STEAM).
The RoboGenius (Version 1.0) is a comprehensive learning pathway designed to
introduce young learners to the world of robotics and STEAM-based education. This
series integrates hands-on activities using a variety of engaging kits, each carefully
selected to nurture creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking—skills that are
indispensable in the 21st century.
Rooted in the philosophy of Joyful Learning, this series offers interactive and stimulating projects. From building simple circuits
to exploring coding, electronics, and real-world mechanics, students will embark on an enriching educational journey. They will
learn to combine logic circuits and programming to create intelligent projects that reflect real-life applications. By the end of
the series, learners will have developed the skills and confidence to innovate, think critically, and transform their ideas into
reality.
This series emphasises experiential learning, ensuring that students not only acquire knowledge but also understand how to
apply it in meaningful ways. It aligns with international educational standards and promotes skill development that is relevant
in today’s rapidly advancing technological landscape.
We welcome and appreciate all meaningful suggestions for improving this book.
