Output

When the battery is connected, the motor will spin, causing the attached
fan to turn. The spinning fan will move air around, just like a regular fan.

The speed of the fan depends on how much power is given by the battery.

                  Concept

                     • Motor and Power: The battery provides power to the motor, which

turns electrical energy into movement (spinning the fan).

                     • Fan and Airflow: The moving fan blades create airflow, making it cooler
around you. This shows how electrical energy can be turned into moving

                     energy to create wind.

                  Observation

When you connect the battery, you’ll see that the fan starts spinning

quickly. You can feel the air moving when you put your hand near the fan.
When you disconnect the battery, the fan stops moving, showing that the

                  motor needs power to work.

                  Application

This activity is just like a portable handheld fan that people

use on hot days to keep cool. These small fans can be carried
around and are powered by batteries or USB chargers to

create a cool breeze anytime, anywhere.

                  Doorbell Circuits

A doorbell circuit is a simple electrical circuit that makes a sound when
you press a button, letting people know someone is at the door.

When you press the button, it allows electricity to flow through the wires
to the bell, causing it to ring.

makes sounds, like beeping or buzzing. It is
