Concept
• Switch Control: The switch is used to open and close the connection.
When it’s ON, power from the battery goes to the LED and makes it
light up. When it’s OFF, the power stops, and the LED turns off.
• Battery Power: The battery provides the energy needed for the LED to
light up.
• LED Lighting: When everything is connected properly and the
switch is ON, the LED will light up, showing how energy is used to
create light.
Observation
When you turn the switch ON, the LED will light up, showing how the
battery is powering the LED. When you turn the switch OFF, the light goes
out because the connection is stopped. This helps us see how a switch
controls the power to the light.
Application
This is similar to how a room light works.
When you press the light switch, the
bulb turns on, and when you turn the
switch off, the light goes out.
