What is Potentiometer?

A potentiometer is like a volume knob that
controls the flow of electricity in a circuit.

It has three terminals: one for input, one
for output, and one for adjustment. By

turning the knob, we change the resistance between the input and output
                 terminals.

                                 with the Smart Circuit Kit

Step 1 Take out all the components from the smart circuit kit:

                              1. Fan 2. Motor 3. Potentiometer

                              4. Battery 5. Diode 6. Magnetic Board

                              7. USB Cable 8. Battery OTG Socket

Step 2 Connect the fan on the motor.

Step 3 Attach the potentiometer to the negative terminal of the diode.

Step 4 Attach motor to the free end of the potentiometer and attach a
                              battery.

Step 5 The negative terminal of the battery is connected to the motor and
the positive terminal to the positive terminal of the diode.
