This activity helps You understand how we can control the speed of a motor,
just like adjusting the speed of a real fan in their home. You also learn about

how electricity powers motors to create motion and how different parts of a
circuit, like the potentiometer, control the flow of energy.

                 Application

You may have noticed a knob on a mixer used to control its speed.

When you rotate the knob clockwise, the speed decreases, and
when you turn it counterclockwise, the speed increases. This

happens because the knob adjusts the amount of power supplied
to the motor, controlling how fast or slow it spins.

                                 with Smart Circuit Kit

Step 1 Take out all the components from the smart circuit kit:

                              1. Buzzer 2. Potentiometer (Pot) 3. Battery
                              4. Magnetic Board 5. USB Cable 6. Battery OTG Socket

USB Cable Battery OTG Socket Magnetic Board

Step 2 Put the Buzzer module on the Magnetic board.
Step 3 Connect the potentiometer to the negative terminal of the buzzer.

Step 4 Connect the battery, Positive terminal of the battery to the
potentiometer and the negative terminal of the battery to the

                              negative terminal of the buzzer.
Step 5 The sound of the buzzer will increase on rotating potentiometer
                              clockwise.

Step 6 Now, see the result.
