Integrating AI with Robotics

                                                               When artificial intelligence is combined
with robotics, it fundamentally changes how
robots operate. Robots are no longer limited

                                                               to performing specific, pre-programmed
actions. Instead, with AI, they can analyse
situations, make decisions, and adapt to

new environments in real-time. AI helps
robots think on their feet, so to speak.

This integration allows robots to interpret
                                                               complex commands, adapt to unexpected
                                                               circumstances, and improve their abilities

                                                               through continuous learning.

For instance, in a manufacturing setting, traditional robots can repeat the same
process over and over, such as assembling parts on a production line. However,
AI-powered robots can identify faulty parts, change assembly techniques

on the go, and even alert human operators when something is wrong. AI-
equipped robots can make real-time decisions, allowing them to adjust to their

surroundings in ways that enhance productivity and safety.
This combination of AI and robotics is what leads to innovations like autonomous

drones, smart industrial robots, and sophisticated service robots. AI not only
makes robots faster and more precise but also smarter, enabling them to work

alongside humans in increasingly collaborative ways.

                  Examples of AI in Robotics

Some of the examples of AI in robotics are:

                  1. Self-Driving Cars

                         • How it Works: Self-driving cars are
                         essentially robots on wheels, using

AI to navigate roads without a
human driver. These vehicles use an

array of sensors, such as cameras,
radar, and LIDAR, to detect their
                         surroundings.
