Output

In the Table Fan Circuit activity, when the switch is flipped, the motor begins
rotating the fan blades, producing airflow. The battery powers the motor, and
the magnetic board helps securely hold the components together.

                  Concepts

                  1. Electricity and Motion: You will explore how electrical energy from the

battery is converted into mechanical energy through the motor, causing the
fan blades to rotate and produce airflow. This connects to the science of

                     energy conversion.

                  2. Circuit Control with Switches: This activity introduces how a switch works
to open or close a circuit, demonstrating basic control mechanisms in
                     electronics.

                  Observations

In the Table Fan Circuit activity, students will observe the motor powering the

fan blades, creating airflow. You will notice that when the switch is turned on,
the circuit is completed, and the motor begins to rotate. This activity provides

a practical understanding of circuits, motors, and how electrical energy can be
converted into motion to produce useful work, such as airflow.
