Wiring Tool
                 Wiring Tool

                    • The wiring tool allows users to virtually connect
the pins of different components by drawing

wires on the workplace. Wires can be colour-
                    coded for better organisation.

                    • To create a wire, click on a component’s pin and
drag the wire to the connecting pin of another

                    component.

                 Rotate and Align Tool

                    • These tools help users correctly position components on the workplace.

                    • The rotate tool allows you to change the orientation of components for
                    better circuit organisation.

                 Deleting and Undoing

                    • Components can be deleted by selecting the component and pressing the

                    delete key.
                    • The undo button can be used to revert recent actions in case of mistakes.

Understanding How to Build Circuit Using a Virtual Breadboard

One of the fundamental aspects of learning electronics in Tinkercad is
understanding how to build circuits using a virtual breadboard.

                 Breadboard

A breadboard is a fundamental tool
used in electronics for building and
testing electronic circuits. It consists of

a white rectangular plastic board with a
grid of small holes into which electronic

components can be inserted. These holes
are connected in rows, both horizontally
and vertically, allowing you to quickly

create sample circuits by connecting components with jumper wires.

The term “breadboard” is derived from the words “bread” and “board.” Initially,
the term was used to describe boards used for slicing bread. However, around
the 1970s, it became associated with the use of boards in electronics. Hence,

                                                                               Circuit Building with Tinkercad 53
