Pot (Potentiometer) Block

Potentiometer is like a twisty knob that helps control flow of electricity. It’s like
a magic knob that can make lights brighter or dimmer, or change the volume of a
toy or music player.

Applications

The Pot(potentiometer) is used for:
Volume Control: Potentiometers are commonly used in radios and speakers to control the volume.
When you turn the knob, it adjusts the resistance, making the sound louder or quieter.

Tuning Instruments: Potentiometers are used in musical instruments, like electric guitars, to
adjust the tone and sound quality.

LDR Sensor Block

LDR stands for Light Dependent Resistor, also known as light sensor. It is a
special kind of sensor as it can sense the light when it is bright or dark and helps
in turning the devices on or off accordingly.

Applications

The LDR Sensor is used in:
Solar Garden Lights: These lights use LDRs to detect when it’s dark outside. They charge during
the day and turn on at night, lighting up your garden without needing a plug.

Alarm Systems: LDRs can help in security systems. If someone opens a door and the light
changes, the LDR can trigger an alarm to go off.
