Building Your First Code
Tinker Orbits uses a block-based coding interface, which means you will create programs by dragging
and dropping blocks that fit together like puzzle pieces.
Let’s go through the following steps to create a simple code:
Step 1 Create a simple code
Use the blocks on the left-hand side of the screen to build a small code, just like connecting
pieces of a puzzle.
You can arrange blocks to make your hardware do different tasks, like turning on an LED
light or making a motor move.
Step 2 Open settings
After creating your code, click on the Settings button in the top-left corner.
Step 3 Choose the port
In the Settings menu, select the Port option.
Click on the Refresh button to search for the connected device.
