Follow the robot assembly steps

Step 1 Take two small “C” plates and place them as shown in the image.

Step 2 Attach the motor to the motor shaft and secure it on the small
‘C’ bracket using the screw provided with the motor.

Step 3 Take a medium plate and fix it above the small “C” plates
using small bolts and nuts, following the image.

Step 4 Take a small plate and fix it in front of the medium plate using
small bolts and nuts, as per the image.

Step 5 Take a small “L” plate and fix it as shown in the image.

Step 6 Take a caster strip and caster wheel, and connect them using small bolts and nuts as shown
                          in the image.
Step 7 Connect the motor’s wire to the power distribution board. Then, connect the power
distribution board to the remote using a data cable. Finally, plug the adapter into the socket
and connect it with the remote to power the Robo Car. Ensure that all connections are tight
and secure to prevent the Robo from falling apart during testing.

                 Output

The Robo Car will move forward when the motor powers the wheels, demonstrating how motion is
created by the engine and wheels working together. Students will get an idea how to make their own
robo car and control it by using motors to move in different directions and making turns at different
                 angles.
