Applications
Home Appliances: Blinking LEDs are used in devices like washing machines,
microwaves, and air conditioners to indicate power, cycle completion, or
malfunction alerts.
Security Systems: In alarm systems, blinking LEDs are used to signal
when the system is active, armed, or when there’s an intrusion or fire
detected.
Programming the Automatic Fan
An IR sensor is a special sensor that can sense when something is nearby by detecting
invisible infrared light which is not visible to our eyes.
How Does It Work?
Infrared Light: Everything that is warm gives off some infrared light. This includes
people, animals, and hot objects. The hotter something is, the more infrared light it produces.
Detection: An IR sensor has a special part called a photodetector that can “see” this infrared light.
When infrared rays hit the sensor, it creates an electrical signal.
Responding to Changes: When something warm, like a person, moves in front of the sensor, the
amount of infrared light changes. The sensor can notice this change and do things like turn on a light
or set off an alarm.
Motor Block
Motor is a small device that helps machines or things to spin,
turn, or move.
