Number on the Seven-Segment Display

Overview

In this activity, students will create a circuit to display numbers using a 7-segment display. By
connecting the display to a 7805-voltage regulator IC and a 9V battery, they will learn how to power
and control the segments to show number. This activity introduces basic electronics concepts and
display technology.
