Learning Objective

The objective of this activity is to help students understand how switches control circuits and
lights using the Tinker Orbits Kit. By doing this, students will get hands-on experience with basic
electronics and coding concepts.

Materials Required

Brain USB cable LED module Switch module Power bank

Circuit Setup Steps

Step 1 From block palette select loops, Drag and drop while loop block on
a workspace.

Step 2 Click on login option, drag and drop block True and attach
it with while loop.

Step 3 Click on login option, drag if and comparison operator
block, attach them inside the while loop on the
workspace.

Step 4 Click on input tab, drag Read
switch on block and drop inside
first empty space of comparison
operator and change the pin 0 to
pin 8. Similarly, click on output
option, drag block HIGH and
drop it inside a second empty
space of comparison operators.
