Learning Objective

The objective of this activity is to help students understand how light sensors work and how they can
be used to control devices automatically. By using the Tinker Orbits Kit, students will explore basic
electronics and coding concepts, learning how to sense and respond to changes in light.

Materials Required

Brain USB cable 3 pin connector LDR module LED module
Circuit Diagram

Circuit Setup Steps

Step 1 From the block palette, select Loops. Drag and drop the while loop
block onto the workspace.

Step 2 Click on login option, drag and drop block True and attach
it with while loop.

Step 3 Click on Logic, drag the if block and the comparison operator block, and attach them
together inside the while loop on the workspace.
