Robotics

Robotics varies in many fields of technology which involves the production,
assembly, functioning and application of robots and is known as robotics.
The focus of developing robots is to develop machines that will help and
support the human being or society at large. Robotics technology has an
impact at the workplace or at home. There is great scope of using robotics
as a tool to improve the quality of life, change the way work is done, enhance
productivity and safety and to improve the level of service offered.

A robot refers to a device that can accept the commands fed into it and
executing them in the correct sequence on its own. The use of robots offers
the advantage of performing operations quicker, with higher precision, and
in hazardous areas where it would be impossible, or unsafe, to place human workers.
