Next, we see that some of the values in Product column has extra spaces. In order to remove these, follow the given
steps:
Step 1 Insert a blank column next to the column Product (Column E).
Step 2 Type =Trim(E2) in the cell F2 to remove any extra space in the beginning or in between or after the value.
Step 3 Use autofill to fill in the remaining cells.
