Example 2. The cost of an LCD TV is `9,275 and the cost of a mobile phone is `8,775.
Find the total cost of the LCD TV and mobile phone.
Solution. Cost of LCD TV = ` 9 2 7 5
Cost of mobile phone = + ` 8 7 7 5
Total cost of both items = ` 1 8 0 5 0
The total cost of the LCD TV and mobile phone together is `18,050.

respectively. How many votes were polled, if there was no invalid vote?
7. A printer costs `2,995, a computer costs `15,830 and a scanner costs `3,750.
a. Find the cost of the computer and scanner together.
b. Find the cost of the computer and printer together.
c. Find the cost of the scanner and printer together.
d. Find the total cost of all three items.
