6. Now, join 2 to 12, 4 to 10, 6 to 16 and 8 to 14.

7. Mark 8 points as shown in the figure below. Taking these points as centres,
draw 8 arcs (as shown in the figure).

8. Using a compass, draw an outer arc as shown to make a design. You can draw
outer circles with a pencil and erase the lower part so that only the outer layer
remains visible. Use a coloured pen for the final outline. Repeat the process to

create more outer arcs, as shown in the illustration here.
