A Word processing  software  is  used  to  create, edit and  print text documents.
                 When we want to  type  letters, stories,  notes, reports, etc.  on a computer,  we

                 usually use a Word processing software. Word 2016 is a type of word processing
                 software developed by Microsoft. It is very popular due to its wide range of features,
                 ease-of-use and flexibility. Let’s learn about them in detail.

                 Word 2016 is used to:
                   type letters, stories and reports, quickly and easily.

                   delete or replace a character, word and paragraph.
                   insert pictures into the document and resize them.
                   print the complete document or a part of it.

                   choose which language we want to use.
                   remove all the errors from the document using spelling and grammar feature.

                   copy or move the text from anywhere in a document to a new document.
                   save the text to use later.
