Step 1 Click on the Home tab. 1

the Shapes group.

the drawing area to draw a
callout.
You can also fill colour in the callout
by using the Fill with color tool.
FOREGROUND AND BACKGROUND COLOUR
Foreground means the colour that is in front. Background means the colour that
is in back or behind. To select the Foreground and Background colour, click on
Color 1 and Color 2 respectively. To use Foreground and Background colours,
follow these steps:
Step 1 Click on the Rectangle shape from the Shape group.
Step 2 Click on Color 1 and choose a colour from the Colors group.
Step 3 Draw a rectangle in the drawing area.
Step 4 Click on the Fill with color tool and fill the rectangle.
Step 5 Draw a circle inside the rectangle and fill it with a different colour.
Step 6 Click on Color 2 and choose a colour from the Colors group.
Step 7 Note that the colour 2 is blue; if you select the Eraser tool, it will now erase
with blue colour.

COLOR PICKER TOOL
The Color picker tool is used to pick a colour from an existing object and reuse in
another objects within the same drawing area. To do this, follow these steps:
Step 1 Click on the Home tab.
